FMOD | Unity Demo - The Basics
A downloadable game for Windows
Welcome to the first project in my FMOD Unity series! This series is a way to help me explore composing and audio implementation. Each project is targeted to explore certain ways of composing music and implementing them using FMOD into video games. Because the idea is to explore the audio implementation side of things, each project will be pretty bare bones. This is to really let the implementation shine, and to keep the time it takes to complete each project down to a minimum. None of these would get finished if I was to make a game for each one.
As each project is a way for me to explore both composing music for video games and audio implementation, each project will have 2 parts, a composition portion and an implementation portion.
This first project is designed to practice the basics. The composing side is kind of a cheat as I didn't actually compose any new music for it, rather the time was spent putting the video together and organizing how to release these projects moving forward. The implementation project uses the demo reel music, but with the transitions done dynamically in FMOD.
